The Arden Group's Ritz-Carlton, Philadelphia, required conversion of two former bank buildings in Center City Philadelphia, and resulted in one of the finest five-star hotels in the world. The company is also developing an adjacent land parcel into The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Philadelphia, a $285 million luxury condominium project.
